Our highly trained, experienced, early childhood, professional teachers strive to provide the best nurturing care for your child while ensuring every child’s needs are uniquely met. Our distinctive small class sizes and low teacher to student ratios allow us to directly focus on your child as an individual and encourage each learning style with strength and passion.
We offer exceptional parent/teacher communication as well as family engagement activities on monthly basis. We understand that it is important for every parent to be involved in their child’s life as much as possible which is why we encourage our teachers to have a strong communication with each parent.
All staff members have been fingerprinted and have been background checked through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Federal Department of Law Enforcement, Department of Children and Families, and have a local criminal background check completed prior to working in our center. Staff members must also complete the 40-clock hour mandated course, required by the state, and are required to attend 25 hours of further education during each school year.
Staff members are also expected to maintain CPR, first aid training, and pass a Tuberculosis test. Staff members are also required to continue a minimum of 20 hours of professional education classes annually.
Our teachers come to stay; we have had the same team of great teachers since we opened the school back in March of 2016. They give their all to teach, encourage, inspire and shape young minds to become the adults they want to be.

Vedrana Cajic Owner & Director
Vedrana Cajic has owned a family daycare home since 2010 and decided to expand and open a small center, Happy Corner Academy, with a capacity of only 25 children. Her passion is to provide strong education in early childhood in a safe loving environment. Vedrana has a BA with a double major in Business Management and Early Childhood Education.
Denis Cajic Co-Owner & Soccer Director
Denis has worked with children for over ten years. His passion particularly is coaching and he has been a certified licensed soccer coach for ten years. He has worked for many soccer clubs including Chargers, West Pasco, coaching children of many different ages. Denis has BA in finance and staff and director credentials for childcare.

Ms. Marion Frias Paz Lead Teacher
Marion has been a teacher at our school since day one, March 2016. She is a mother of three children herself and has always loved working with children, it is her passion. She speaks Spanish and English. She has 40 clock hours as well as her CDA (Early Childhood Development Associates Diploma). This credential is equal to 12 college credits in early childhood. She is also attending SPC, and in her third year, to get her B.A. in Early Childhood Educatio

Ms. Sabrina Doubrley Lead Teacher
Sabrina started teaching at Happy Corner Academy shortly after we opened the two-year-old classroom. She has always been passionate about teaching in early education setting and working here has truly became a dream come true. She also has CDA (Early Childhood Development Associates Diploma). This credential is equal to 12 college credits in early childhood, as well as her 40 clock hours. Sabrina is enrolled in SPC, in her first year, to get her B.A. in Early Childhood Education.
Three, Four and Five-Year-Old Classroom
Ms. Amber Hutchinson Assistant Director
Amber has been a teacher for over fifteen years in Early Education setting. She has two children of her own and has worked at Happy Corner Academy since April of 2017. Her passion and dedication have brought so much success to our school and has improved our educational side to a great extent. Amber has her Directors Credential, which is equivalent to four college credits as we as her CDA and 40 clock hours.
